Join Director of Programmes at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Clare Lilley for a tour of the institution's 2013 exhibition 'Yinka Shonibare CBE: FABRIC-ATION', presented on extended reality platform 'theVOV'. Beginning in the virtual landscape with Yinka Shonibare CBE’s iconic Wind Sculptures, the tour will revisit the exhibition’s 'carnival dance of airborne space explorers, aliens, revolutionaries and precarious pan-national children'. Key themes including identity, authenticity, multiculturalism, conflict and global food production will be explored through the artist’s sculpture, painting, drawing, and films.
