Catherine Petitgas is a London-based collector and art historian specialising in modern and contemporary art and more particularly Latin American art. She chairs the Franco-British Fluxus Art Projects initiative, the Gasworks Triangle Network international artist-in-residence programme and the Tate International Council. She is a member of the board of directors of the Amis du Centre Pompidou and the Guggenheim Collections Council. She was executive editor of Contemporary Art Brazil, Contemporary Art Mexico and Contemporary Art Colombia, published by Thames and Hudson and TransGlobe.
