Luiz Zerbini: Afinidades III - Cochicho
Luiz Zerbini is featured in Afinidades III - Cochicho, the third edition of the Oscar Niemeyer Museum’s (MON) “Affinities” series—a project that seeks to bring the museum’s collection closer to the public by exploring connections across generations of artists. Curated by Marc Pottier, this edition highlights contemporary artist Zerbini, who presents a selection of his own works, including paintings, watercolors, and monotypes that evoke the essence of travel diaries.
In addition to his own creations, Zerbini has explored MON’s collection, carefully selecting works by five influential Paraná artists—Guido Viaro, Miguel Bakun, Bruno Lechowski, Guilherme William Michaud, and Theodoro de Bona—to exhibit alongside his own in Room 7. United by a common theme of nature, this collection brings together the artists' individual yet resonant interpretations of landscapes, flora, and the natural world, sparking a dialogue that transcends time.
